Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before registering or using any service on the ezeph platform. By creating an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

You must be at least 21 years of age and physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal. Philippine law requires the 21+ minimum age for casino-style gambling.
Each player may hold only one active ezeph account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances forfeited pending investigation.
All transactions on ezeph are conducted in Philippine Peso. Withdrawals are processed to the verified payment method on the account only.
All promotional bonuses at ezeph are subject to wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn before requirements are met.
Fraud, collusion, bonus abuse, use of automated tools, and any activity intended to manipulate game outcomes are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.
ezeph operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. These Terms & Conditions are governed by Philippine law and any disputes are subject to Philippine jurisdiction.

2.2 By registering, you warrant that all information provided — including your name, date of birth, address, and payment details — is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
2.3 ezeph reserves the right to require identity verification documentation at any stage. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of the Account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
3.1 Each User may register and maintain only one Account on the ezeph Platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ezeph will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
3.3 You must notify ezeph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
3.4 Account balances do not earn interest. Accounts with no activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. ezeph will attempt to notify you by email before any dormancy fees are applied in accordance with applicable regulations.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the ezeph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is applied.
4.2 Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya/PayMaya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
4.3 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the Account holder. ezeph will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
4.4 ezeph targets a withdrawal processing time of fifteen (15) minutes to GCash and Maya during normal operating hours. Actual processing times may vary based on payment provider availability and identity verification requirements. Bank transfers may take longer during non-banking hours.
4.5 ezeph does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which ezeph accepts no responsibility.
4.6 Deposits made in excess of applicable transaction limits, or deposits from sources that cannot be satisfactorily verified under anti-money laundering procedures, may be returned to the originating account.
5.1 All bets placed on the ezeph Platform are final once confirmed. ezeph reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: technical errors, manifest pricing errors, game malfunctions, or where ezeph has reasonable grounds to believe a bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
5.2 Game outcomes for slot games and RNG-based titles are determined by certified random number generators. Live casino game outcomes are determined in real time by the physical actions of trained dealers operating under PAGCOR-compliant procedures.
5.3 In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, ezeph's system records will be the authoritative reference for determining the outcome of any in-progress game round. Bets in progress at the time of a verified platform outage may be voided and stakes returned.
5.4 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to individual games and are displayed within each game environment. These limits may vary and are subject to change.
6.1 ezeph may offer promotional bonuses, free spins, or other incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions stated alongside the individual promotion, which supplement these Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before completion of wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
6.3 ezeph reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has been credited but before the wagering requirement is met, the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the Account.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or exploiting low-risk betting patterns specifically to fulfil wagering requirements — is prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ezeph Platform:
7.2 ezeph reserves the right to investigate suspected breaches of this clause and to suspend or permanently close any Account found to be in breach. In such cases, ezeph may withhold any Balance pending investigation and, where applicable, report the matter to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement.

9.1 All content on the ezeph Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trademarks — is the property of ezeph or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit copying, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content.
9.3 The ezeph brand name, logo, and associated trademarks may not be used without prior written permission from ezeph.
10.1 The ezeph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ezeph does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.
10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ezeph's total liability to any User for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
10.3 ezeph is not liable for losses arising from: (a) interruptions to internet connectivity; (b) device failures on the User's end; (c) acts of third-party payment providers; or (d) force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or regulatory changes affecting gaming operations.
11.1 You may close your ezeph Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.
11.2 ezeph may suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there has been a breach of these Terms; (b) ezeph is required to do so by PAGCOR or another regulatory authority; or (c) ezeph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or money laundering.
11.3 Upon Account closure by ezeph for breach, any Balance may be withheld for a period to allow for investigation. If the breach is confirmed, the Balance may be forfeited.
12.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
12.2 Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the ezeph Platform shall first be submitted to ezeph's internal dispute resolution process by contacting [email protected]. ezeph aims to resolve all complaints within fourteen (14) business days.
12.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR in accordance with its dispute resolution procedures.
13.1 ezeph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users by email and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or PAGCOR directive.
13.2 Continued use of the ezeph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should close your Account before the effective date.
